Role: Twillio Solution Architect
Location: Irving, TX
Technical or Functional Skills
Proven technical acumen and an expert on the Twilio Contact Center offering, coupled with the consulting skills needed to map a customer’s requirements to a Twilio solution
This role is focused on Twilio’s Contact Center offering including Twilio’s Flex product therefore a background in contact center technology as well as React / Redux is a plus.
Experience with the APIs, Data Persistence, and integrating with other applications for implementing SMS, Web Chat, and email (via Send Grid
