Technical skills:
Person should be willing to perform production support for a mainframe application. This includes
Incident Management.
Problem Management
Change Management.
Leading the team and providing quick turnaround on batch issues or business analysis requests
Programming and language skills:
JCL
COBOL
DB2
CICS
Experience in production support
Experience in Jobtrac scheduling
Incident Handling(Service Now)
Handling Job abends.
Ability to handle any batch recoveries(end to end)
