We have Urgent requirement for IT Site Supervisor at San Francisco, CA | Chicago, IL.
Role: IT Site Supervisor.
Location: San Francisco, CA | Chicago, IL.
Experience Req. : 4-6 Years.
Duration: 12 Months.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Lead day-to-day IT support operations for Automatic Labs including hands on technical support to assist
our employees via in person, support tickets, email and Slack.
? Manage all onboarding and off boarding of employees from an IT perspective
? Monitor and enforce laptop security policy
? Assist with managing software contracts, software purchasing and license accounts
? Oversee all on premise devices that connect to the Internet for our SF office
? Manage all online digital asset accounts such as domain registrars like Gandi, Go Daddy, and Mobile
App stores
? Manage access to all Automatic Labs specific Social Network accounts
? Manage access to remote desktop solutions for co-located computers, factory computers and some
in-office computers.
? Assists Engineers with setup and config of Virtual Machines
? Administer G-suite access and other cloud applications
? Travel to other sites as required
Required Skills:
? Strong customer service, problem solving and teamwork abilities
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong Video Conference and presentation support skill
? Excellent understanding of online security, 2FA, antivirus, drive encryption and file backups
? Basic understanding of LAN and Wi-Fi networks and troubleshooting
? Familiarity with custom prototype hardware and custom devices each with specific requirements and IT
compatibility challenges
Minimum Qualifications:
? BS degree in computer science, information technology, related field or equivalent experience
? Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
