Description:-
Under supervision, the Business Analyst is responsible for involved in specific aspects of a system, product or capability.
May include evaluation of system enhancement requests, development and documentation, testing and implementation, production support troubleshooting reporting, maintenance of system documentation, training, responding to customer concerns and communicating results.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to Production Support troubleshooting resolution of incidents Documentation best practices, requirements Evaluate requests for enhancements defects support requests, etc.
Utilize business and system knowledge to support business customer needs
