Position: Salesforce Lightning Developer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Requirements
8-10 Years of professional experience in Architecture, design, development, implementation/maintenance and enhancement of various projects, Service based solution
Good exposure in designing and implementing architecture, integration with with CRM tools like Salesforce & SAP with .Net and design blueprint for establishing POC to Proof of Points implementation of various applications, platform and components.
In-depth knowledge and experience in information systems architecture, software design methodologies, SOA, software design principle and patterns, object oriented and design various UML diagrams and various documents (HLD and LLD) to represent the application architecture to the technical and business audiences.
Proactive and result-oriented leader adept in mentoring and motivating the dynamic team to exemplary performance. Implemented Waterfall and Agile/Scrum as a project management methodology - Coached the software development team in using Agile/Scrum.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements related to ongoing development using Agile Estimating and Applied User Stories, Stand-ups, Backlogs, Sprint Planning Meetings, Retrospectives and Demos
Proficient in CRM business processes like Campaign management, Lead Management, Case management and support automation.
Proficient in dealing with functionalities related to Sales Cloud & Service cloud, Marketing cloud, Community Cloud.
Experience in Salesforce CRM integration, Developing and deploying custom integration solutions and Proficiency in administrative tasks includes Designing and Developing of Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Custom Tabs, Custom Profiles, Users, Security settings based on Role Hierarchy, Workflows, Data Validation Rules, Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, Custom Reports, Salesforce lightning applications, Dashboards as per the User requirements.
