Job Title : Test Automation Developer

Skill:
We are looking for a Test Automation Developer with 4-5 years of experience in creating and maintaining functionality of automation scripts using HP - UFT (formerly QTP), Selenium and other tools.
The Ideal candidate should possess
Test automation development experience with UFT/QTP and VBScript (The resource should be able to code/program the scripts and not just execution or maintenance)
Excellency at programming/coding
Desirable to have RPA (Kofax Kapow) Automation Experience
Adherence to the industry best practices and programming standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills and be prepared to make an immediate impact within our QA team.
Required Skills:
Overall 4-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance of which at least 3+ years of experience in test automation development or combination of development and testing experience using HP Quick Test Professional, Selenium Web driver, or similar automation tools
Experience in creating and maintaining automation scripts to ensure information systems services and programs meet acceptance criteria.
Should be strong in SQL, PL/SQL
Provide technical support to delivery teams which may include testing and creation of utilities to support testing.
Plans and executes automation tasks and ensures testing standards are followed within team.
Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment with strict deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and Strong attention to detail
Proven communication and documentation skills
Work creatively and efficiently in troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and analytical skills required
Knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle
