Job Description:
Primary Skills: Should be a certified CSM or SAFe Agilist. Must have experience as a Scrum Master and facilitate large program level scrum of scrum meetings. Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership, Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals, Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events, Supports the Product Owner
Good to Have: Should be a Certified SAFe Agilist or CSM
Key Responsibilities: Should be a proven Scrum Master, Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership, Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals, Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events, Supports the Product Owner.
Owning and Communicating Sprint Health, understand commitments and why product needs to be delivered by certain times, if there are hard dates. Gate Keeper/Team protector
Metrics – weekly reports on sprint health (planned vs completed, velocity, defect trends, carry-over, etc) Proper Capacity planning
Conducting Retrospective Guiding team to be self-organized
Publishing agenda/expectations for meetings to ensure team is prepared
