Client is actively seeking Java Developer for a 12 month Contract
located in the Des Moines, Iowa metro area.

Must be able to effectively communicate technical plans, strategies, and designs to all levels of the company. Basic knowledge of business unit applications preferred. Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Proficiency with database applications; knowledge of mainframe, distributed, and/or web programming languages. Working Conditions: Some travel may be required, including overnight stays. May be required to provide on-call support.
Description:
Full Stack work-combination of prebuilt applications that will be updated, building new applications, and working with REST services.
Java Batch process work, Java web app work.
Developing REST Services.
Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience plus 6-10 years of experience in IT field required.
5+ years of professional CORE Java development experience
Experience designing/developing web services
Agile experience.
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking mindset
Desire and ability to learn and grow
Team player with great collaboration skills
