Experience in VISIO, Visual Basic VXML, XML, SSML, SRGF, GLS, aBNF, GRXML, Java Script, X+V, HTML, XSL, Audacity, Nuance Application Studio, NLU, SLM
Experience in Leading IVR and Voice Platforms like Inter voice, Voice Genie, Tell me, Microsoft, Nuance, Genesys, Cisco, Nuance ASR, OSR, OSS, & NOD, Speechify/Real Speak TTS, Loquendo TTS, NEOSpeech TTS
At least 5+ years’ experience working in speech recognition (ASR), natural language understanding (NLU) development and grammar development.
Experience in Voice User Interface Design, Speech Technology, Audio engineering, Persona development, Business driven IVR results.
