UX Design Coordinator

This is a Coordinator role

Madison, NJ
6 Months Contract to hire

Locals; F-F


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinator
o Maintain a calendar of research activities.
o Maintain the list of existing and potential research participants.
o Manage the logistics for research including recruiting and preparing participants for research interviews, registering and confirming participation, securing conference rooms, solving for building access, recording of video, audio, written word (notes), providing general technical support, and more.
o Support the UX Designers in the creation of materials needed for research.
o Facilitate the collection of findings.
o Share results with product teams and leadership, maintaining a repository for all to access.
UX Research
o Consolidate findings with the UX Designers in preparation of the Research Report.
o Participate in A/B testing strategies, implementation, and analysis.
o Contribute to the group’s shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
o Promote user research activities to build a deep and rich understand of our users.
Leadership
o Effectively communicate with users, both internal and external, at all levels from the basic user to the executive leadership.
o Strive for continual improvement in processes and productivity.
o Enable effective communications; share information freely and openly, without hesitation.
o Embody agility, diversity and empowerment; confidence, integrity and positivity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor''s degree in IT or Marketing, with a focus on Design.
3+ experience working in a professional environment.
1+ year experience working within a UX team.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Near-perfect written and oral communication skills; college graduate level minimum.
Exceptionally detail-oriented nature that provides the ability to track, organize and prioritize multiple concurrent research efforts.
An interest in growing within the User Experience discipline.
Experience working in an Agile-based company.
