Experience: 2-7 years
SKills
Minimum 2 to 7 Years of experience working as US Technical Recruiter.
Expert in IT Recruitments & understanding technology stack.
Excellent communication and articulation skills.
Expertise in US tax terms and visas ( w2,1099,C2C etc
Good Knowledge in Visa Types
Experience working with direct clients and Implementation Partners
Hands on sourcing and have good knowledge on IT recruitment. .
Must have prior experience in working on different types of Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Ladders etc
Must have excellent working experience in MS-Office suite of tools (Hands on experience in working on MS-Excel, MS-Power Point
Good Communications Skills
