Job Description :
Role: UNIX / Linux admin with IBM Guardium agent installation experience
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12 months
Essential Skills:
Familiar with IBM Guardium agent and have knowledge on installation , configuration and administration.
Administrating UNIX: AIX 5.3, 6.1, 7.1; and Linux: RHEL 6, 7
Should be able to patch unix (Aix,Linux) servers as required.
Troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis of issues on UNIX/LINUX OS server.
Should able to deploy packages from NIMS servers.
Should have good knowledge on AIX cluster.
Should able to follow-up effectively with IBM on critical hardware events.
OS patching, file system handling, user management, performance tuning etc should have hands-on knowledge on all aspect of system administration.
Should able to patch firmware
Should have administer using smitty tool.
Should have good knowledge on VIO administration.
Should have knowledge on lpar.
Should well aware about ITIL process.
