Job Description :
UAT Test Manager with minimum 15 years of experience.
Role:
Identification of UAT Stakeholders and resource.
Identification and approval of UAT scope.
Capture and planning of UAT preparation and test activities.
Producing and obtaining approval for Plans and Schedules.
Creation of UAT Artifacts in line with Test Management standards.
Reporting of progress to varying levels of stakeholders through the program.
Supporting triage of defects and issues.
Essential skills:
Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
Experienced in test management.
Background in Supporting business testing and acceptance.
Experienced in IT delivery supporting business transformation program.
Experience using multiple resource models including domestic, offshore, onshore and multi-country teams.
Ability to apply testing processes and terminology to practical scenarios, supported by excellent communication skills.
Ability to report and support communication to multiple levels of stakeholders.
