Project Summary Development in ISIM

Responsibilities - In detail

Key Technical Skill Responsibilities
Workshops for collecting customer requirements and writing solution design documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands own experience on IBM Security Access Manager/Tivoli Access Manager, IBM Security Directory Server/Tivoli Directory Server, Tivoli Directory Integrator.
Technical analysis and estimation for new integration requirements
Analyze, design and code for Systems integration
Coordinate with various teams interfacing with Identity & Access management infrastructure
Updating Architectural diagrams and documents as may be needed for integrations
Proof Of Concepts as required for any of the new initiatives
Coordination with Product vendor for Capacity Planning and Sizing
Coordinate with project manager/release manager in planning and deployment of newly developed code/configurations/Changes related to Identity & Access management Infrastructure.
The person must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
The position requires creativity and independence as well as excellent verbal, written, and technical skills.

Required Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with Subject Matter Expertise and hands on implementation/development experience in of the following areas:
Identity and Governance
Experience installing and configuring IBM Security Identity Governance (ISIG
Experience developing industry compliance rules
Experience helping customers developing Role Based Access (RBAC) solutions.
Experience developing certification campaigns.
Business role development.
Identity Management (ISIM)
At least 5+ years of experience with IBM Identity Manager 5.x or 6.x or 7.x
Installation/Configuration
o Must have experience of installation and configuration of ISIM and its middleware
o Must have experience of installation and configuration of at least one adapter
Development/Customization:
o Sound understanding of Provisioning, Adoption, Service Selection Policies,
o Experience of customizing workflows, services/adapters and access controls
o Configure/Customize HR Feed
o Configure/Customize Email Notifications
o Develop SDI Reports
o Nice to have Java API understanding and usage
Strong troubleshooting these integrations
