Position: Techno Functional Business Analyst
Location: Boston, MA.
Duration: Longterm.
Job Description:
1. Strong communication and analytical skills
2. Good understanding of insurance business , especially life and annuuty products.
3. Hands on expertise in taking requirements through interviews with business and converting it into a Business Requirement document.
4. Will be working with development team in cementing their understanding of the requirements.
5. Liaise with the QA for their test case preparations.
6. Work closely with program and delivery managers for successful completion of the project.
7. Ensure development team is delivering the requirements as per the BRD.
8. Good understanding and hands on expertise of Relational and nosql databases and ability to run queries against them.
9. Knowledge of reporting systems like Tableau and Business Objects is required.
10.Knowledge of Hadoop and Hive will be a big plus.
11. Must be a strong team player.
