? Troubleshoot and analyse issues raised by users or account managers
? Deployment and patching of code on production environments
? Monitor Data Integration processes and batch jobs and escalate as per the priority
? Develop scripts to automate manual efforts and production monitoring
? Work with Account / Project Managers, Engineering, Data and Infra teams to resolve issues
