Position: Sr. Technical Recruiter
Location: Burlington, MA
We are looking for good IT Recruiters having experience into domestic staffing industry who Involved in full cycle Recruitment like sourcing, identifying, telephonic interviews, screening, qualifying and negotiating rates, internet searches, performed reference checks, candidate selection and onboarding.
Good experience working on Contractual , Contract to Hire positions
Excellent understating of IT Skills, Technologies and Sales.
Should have hands on exposure working on job boards such as Monster, LinkedIn & other headhunting techniques.
Candidates should be extremely motivated self-starter with ability to multi task and prioritize.
Timely submission of resumes as per the position budget and negotiating & finalizing salary accordingly.
Identifying and processing the right candidate towards closure to achieve a positive conversion.
Should maintain and update all MIS related to recruitment.
Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with TL/Manager.
Should be smart & aggressive with solid negotiation and closing skills.
