Job Description :
Project Manager Responsibilities
· Program level coordination of work streams: overall risk mitigation, tracking interdependencies, team coordination, status reporting and communication.
· Project work will be organized into work streams; Client will assign leads for each work stream to be responsible for completion of project work.
· Creation and maintenance of Project artifacts including but not limited to the Project Plan, a Communication Plan, Monthly Project Tracker Bi-weekly Status Report and a Risks and Issues Log.
· Monthly/Quarterly Reporting key Ops KPI’s / Metrics
· Align with the CRM Product Manager, responsible for the prioritization of the work, and the CRM Scrum Master, who is responsible for the agile process and release management.
· Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors in order to build and maintain partnerships.
· Schedule and facilitate Operational Change Management meetings and Quarterly Planning Sessions
