Job Description:
· Knowledge on website performance and optimization including conversion tracking and analyzing the success of A/B testing initiatives.
· Capable to manage end-to-end testing process including requirements gathering, crafting clear hypothesis, documenting test requirements for development team, measuring data and making analytically-driven recommendations to increase customer engagement, conversion and revenue
· Expertise in agile process and align with scrum teams to facilitate testing of new site products and objectives on mobile, tablet and desktop channels.
· Expertise in Web analytics and testing tool data to analyze, report, and create marketing optimization strategies
· Expert to coordinate and execute content personalization strategies for Home Page.
· Knowledge to Interact and communicate with stakeholders to present results, insights, and recommend iterative steps.
· Knowledge to Collaborate with Usability Team to support qualitative findings with quantitative learnings
