Technical/Functional Skills
Core Java, J2EE, Rules Engine

Roles & Responsibilities Technical skills:
1. Should have a strong knowledge of Core Java
2. MVC framework required (Struts preferred
3. ORM framework required (Hibernate preferred
4. Experience with Rules Engine
Analytical skills:
1. Should be good at analyzing complex code and come up with quick resolutions for problem at hand.
2. Should be good at deriving solution for complex problems in systematic yet smart ways.
3. Should be aware of Java coding standards and best practices and should adhere to them at all times.
4. Should be aware of Agile philosophies and try to stick to the paradigm.
5. Should be aware of unit testing principles and should be able to write and execute them.
