Tech Support Specialist

Duration - 9 months (open for 24 months

Laptops will be provided by Honeywell.
All candidates must be able to start July 29th.
Service Desk type work - will be trained.
Looking to set all Ints week of the 15th.
*Shift - all (1st, 2nd & 3rd) Primarily 1st shift with weekend.

Interacts with other IT departments.
Learns and applies introductory knowledge of servers and networks to field non-critical incidents, problems and recurring requests
received from enterprise level customers by following documented Standard Operating procedures.
Performs primarily routine requests with clear direction.
Solves basic problems for customers.
