Resource should have very strong experience in ASP.Net, .Net and C#
Resource should be very strong in SQL, T-SQL, SSIS/SSRS.
Resource should be capable of writing very complex queries, Store procedures
Resource should have good knowledge on ETL Jobs
Resource should have very good experience in Support project and willing to work in Support project with out much development opportunities.
Resource should be capable of working onsite/Offshore model
Resource should have good analytical capabilities
