Location: Plano , TX
Duration: Long Term

Description:

Excellent knowledge on Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, & ESS/MSS
Operational knowledge for Sub module- Enterprise compensation Management
Added Advantage if knows Talent Management Sub modules
Can Setup of Basic Pay , additional Payments and Recurring Payments and Deduction
Expertise in Wage Type Creation, Tax calculation
Good knowledge in payroll Functions for US & Canada
Payslip setup using Remuneration Statement
Working knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema customization
Integration with Finance & Costing Limelight Embedded Player"

Qualifications:
8-12 years of overall experience out of which should have at least 4+ years of experience in SAP HR payroll
Should have at least 2 Support project experience and 1 full life cycle project implementation experience
Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Passionate about learning new technologies

Nice to have:
Should have experience in working with Interfaces to SAP & Legacy systems
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate
The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
A natural communicator with the ability to keep the right people
Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Service Provider organizations is helpful
Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills.
