Job Description :
Work with the customer IT Leadership Team to track and support EUC migration project activities to client.
Track the migration process, remediate migration issues and document the resolution
Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
Keep current with technology and direct research on potential hardware/software solutions.
Review and analyze existing applications'' effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
Analyze, assess, and execute technical solutions for successful migration.
Document any Desktop support standards and operating procedures and process as required
Collaborate with EUC technicians, Business users, and migration project team on schedule
May involve occasional after-hours resolution support in event of systems incidences
