Looking for 4-5 years of experience with Citrix environments.
Has experience supporting Citrix server-based environment (XenDesktop 7.18 is a plus)
a. Troubleshoot applications hosted on Citrix servers (performance, connectivity, etc
b. Working with users, working the ticket queue
2. Has experience with deploying applications on Citrix server farm
3. Has experience in migrating applications across Citrix farms (we are migrating from XenApp 6.x to XenDesktop 7.18)
a. Contacting users to set up a pilot
b. Ensuring users test their apps in the new farm
4. Has the drive/motivation to learn new things quickly (self-initiated)
Minimum Qualifications: University (Bachelor’s Degree); Years of Experience: 4 to 7.
