Overview:
Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP) is a program within Employment and Benefits Division within CDHS. CRSP is the funding and coordinating agency for refugee resettlement in Colorado. There are several organizations across the state which provide the direct services refugees need for integration into their new home, but CRSP channels the federal funding and manages the programs. These organizations are CRSP contractors.
Scope of Work:
The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) Refugee Services is requesting enhancements & modifications to their existing Salesforce environment to include better data tracking and reporting towards client outcomes, which will include reconfiguration of the Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP) database regarding where & how data is captured and linked for reporting. They will need to migrate their CRSP database from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning. The Agency would like to copy an existing Salesforce application utilized by another division within CDHS, migrate existing data, tie client contacts together under household and case groups, add additional forms, create user dashboards, and add reporting tools. Additionally, they will require offline data entry capabilities. The following statement of work outlines the existing environment of the IT solutions within the Office, and the needed services to support a path of continuous improvement. In order to support efficient use of funds, the Office is pursuing a support model that is both Office-wide, but flexible enough to support the varying degree of complexity within our solutions and the varying needs of our business units.
High-level scope:

They would like to migrate existing data, tie client contacts into households and cases, add additional forms, create user dashboards, and add reporting tools. Additionally, they will require offline data entry capabilities. The state owns another application that we would like to copy code from and subsequently tailor to the needs of Refugee Services. This app
exists in a separate Salesforce Org.
Current Environment Landscape:
The current Salesforce environment does not meet the business needs of CDHS Refugee Services. Currently, caseworkers carry paper forms to the homes of the refugees. They then have to manually re-enter the data when they return to their office.
Current reporting is isolated to simple output reporting, which does not provide sufficient information to track outcomes, inform programming decisions, nor monitor program health. CRSP database is currently hosted in salesforce classic. Refugee Services shares their Salesforce Org with LEAP. The problematic migration (from classic to lightning) pieces belong to LEAP.
Skill Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
? 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer
? Salesforce Certification in either the Development or Administrator is preferred
? Experience sharing knowledge and code between multiple SF orgs is desired
? Clear concise communications skills required
? Ability to translate user requirements into a viable Salesforce product that will meet all of User needs.
? Experience working with Nonprofit Starter Pack (NPSP
? Experience moving from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning.
? Experience of database access protocols such as ODBC, JDBC, SQL, ORACLE.
