Technical/Functional Skills Experience leading 4-6 projects simultaneously 5 years of hands-on recent experience with HP-Load Runner/Performance Center 1 years of experience with Jmeter Scripting experience with Web (HTTP/HTML)/Web Services and Mobile protocols Experience leading E2E performance testing for assigned projects Experience with NFR management and extrapolation Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace Experience in all aspects of performance testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management and reporting Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks Experience leading 1-5 offshore resources Team player and effective communicator Development background- preferred Load Runner and Jmeter tool management- Good to have Dev-Ops experience

A QA lead confirms that a product meets quality control standards. While this does not normally involve design and development of the product, the QA must know the company''s expectation of how the final product must look and operate so he can spot any errors. A QA lead must also be able to express these expectations to the team. The succesful candidate must communicate effectively, because this position is a go-between for a company''s design and development teams/employees.
