Responsibilities:
Help with assessment gathering/gap analysis.
Implement the product - off the shelf and the client has already purchased it.
Requirements:
KA experience - and have experience implementing for a customer
Lead discovery sessions
Familiarity with KCS methodology (Knowledge-Centered Support) - A service delivery method that focuses on knowledge as a key asset of the organization implementing it. Used for creating and maintain knowledge within knowledge-intensive environments.
