Overview

The Information Services department provides expertise, services, and resources that support informatics requirements from the bench to the bedside, from the desktop to computing clusters, storing petabytes of data and providing world class infrastructure for our institution.
We have a current opportunity in Information Services for a Sr. Mobile Software Developer encompassing responsibilities along all areas of application developmentamp;nbsp;This includes detailed software design, developing code with unit tests to implement the design, correcting flaws based on requirements testing, and integrating the applicationsamp;nbsp;Candidates will be responsible for the analysis of business and engineering problemsamp;nbsp;They will be responsible for the documentation and development of well-defined methods, procedures, and programs in the delivery of practical systems solutions.
Minimum Education
Bachelor''s degree in a related field is required Master''s degree in related field is preferred
Minimum Experience
The following knowledge skills and attributes are required:
3 years experience in enterprise application development for iOS using Objective-C or Swift
3 years experience developing server side technologies for CNET
Knowledge of all elements of a full technology stack
Confidence and ability to determine requirements and lead development to completion
If Bachelor''s degree, three (3) years of experience in mobile systems development required. If Master''s degree, two (2) years of experience in mobile systems development requiredamp;nbsp;
Ability to work in an agile environment
Ability to dig in and understand complex models, business processes and technologies
Ability to persevere when complexity presents itself
Highly motivated and dependable
The following knowledge skills and attributes are preferred:
3 years experience using continuous integration tools and automated testing
3 years experience in the design and architecture of large-scale applications
3 years experience using Test Driven Development or Behavior Driven Development
A self-starter that relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish individual and team goals with minimal oversight
