Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:

· Proficient in gathering requirements and analyzing them and documenting.

· Extensive experience in scheduling JAD (Joint Application Development) with End Users, Stake Holders, Subject Matter Experts, Developers and Testers.

· Perform GAP Analysis (current state and future state) and AS-IS / TO-BE process, Project Charter, BRD (Business Requirement Document), RFP (Request for Proposals), User Stories, FSD (Functional Specification Document), and Use Case documents.

· Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with Salesforce Technical Team and Salesforce Business Team to begin conversations on Business Requirements.

· Identify Salesforce Capabilities and mapped them as Epics and User stories with in VSTS and performed review sessions with business partners and gathered sign offs.

· Actively engage with Salesforce Admins, Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Testers to discuss on Salesforce Standard Objects, Custom Objects, User Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Page layouts and Rules and also generated Process builders, Reports as needed.

· Conduct Sprint Planning, Sprint Priotiziation and Backlog Grooming sessions and provided status updates to the respective audiences.

· Extensive knowledge in Converting Business Requirements into Salesforce IT Requirements and Salesforce Configuration Requirements within JIRA.

· Conduct technical grooming sessions with Business and Technical teams and performed review sessions with business partners to gather sign offs.
