Essential Duties
Setup COE for QA Organization
Manage the QA organization
Develop and maintain the QA organization’s strategy
Maintain the QA Framework
Periodically provide status on QA and its activities to IT leaders
Acquire and train QA staff
Manage relationships with QA outsourcing entities
Contribute to proposals and estimates for QA participation (i.e., budget, resources, etc
Assign QA resources to projects
Collaborate with project management, architecture, and software delivery organizations
Lead development of Test Plan and Test Cases
Required Skills
Team leadership
Excellent oral and written communication
Problem solving
Programming languages: C#, ABAP, Javascript, SQL
Test Plan development
Test Case development
Required Knowledge and Experience
At least 7 years of SDLC experience
At least 2 years of SQA management experience
SQA experience with COTS applications, especially SAP
SQA experience with SaaS applications, especially Salesforce
Experience in or working knowledge of leading testing tools, particularly Worksoft
Education and Training
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related technical discipline
Certification in software quality assurance is desirable
