Interview Process: F2F into local Client office for Zoom interview
Description:
The skill sets we would be targeting are intermediate to senior level Java developers with strong experience with the Springboot framework.
They also need to be knowledgeable in working on a cloud platform, with Azure and Cosmos DB being preferred.
Experience in Reactive programming is preferred but not required. Although, they will need to be fast learners in order to pick it up quickly once joining the team.
On the behavioral side, we’re looking for resources that can jump in and begin contributing quickly to the team without much assistance from tech leads. We expect them to be able to analyze problems, provide recommendations, and contribute to design discussions along with performing their coding tasks within the expected timelines. Algorithm is key.
