Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Sr. Developer
Location – Phoenix, AZ
Type of Hire – Full Time

A) Foundational Salesforce Experience requirement
Must have 2 -12 years of IT / SFDC hands-on experience
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce. Well versed in configuration, customization, development and integrations Visual force, Apex, Lightning Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Good understanding of Governor Limits & release cycles.
Integration experience using Web Services, REST and APIs
Hands on experience on Service / Sales/Marketing/Financial Cloud
Experience with Enterprise Integrations using popular Middleware technologies (ETL/Webservices/WSD) like Informatica, Jitterbit
Good experience on Data analysis, data modeling, data integration experience, working alongside business and IT teams in support of IT project and business initiatives
Hands on experience in using Data Loader and other migration tools to load data into Salesforce
Conduct targeted data assessments, working with client to understand data sourcing, volume, data residency, capacity and velocity
Work with product owners, architects and application designers to define the data requirements, structure for the application, source-to-target mappings and the data migration solution design
Support SIT, UAT, data migration activities during Quality phase, participate in Go- Live preparation and cut over activities for data migration
Experience with Eclipse Force.com IDE, Changesets and other Devops processes/tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, GitHub, Salesforce DX
Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
Agile Scrum experience

Ability to work as part of the team as well as extended stakeholders as needed including customer, product vendors and other stakeholder IT Teams - Business Subject Matter Experts and technical design and developers-
Experience working with QA teams and defect management processes/tools like HPQC

Willingness to relocate across US is big plus

Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location – Phoenix, AZ
Type of Hire – Full Time

A) Foundational Salesforce Experience requirement
Must have 10 - 12 years of IT / SFDC experience
Solid knowledge of SFDC Configuration and administration. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce customization e.g. Apex Class, trigger, VF Pages etc.
Must have integration experience using Web Services, REST and APIs
Hands on experience on Service / Sales/Marketing/Financial Cloud
Experience with Enterprise Integrations using popular Middleware technologies (ETL/Webservices/WSD) like Informatica, Jitterbit
Being able to understand requirements, producing High Level and Low Level design documents
Knowledge of design tools like MS Visio, Rational Rose
Must have Experience with Eclipse Force.com IDE, Changesets and other Devops processes/tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, GitHub, Salesforce DX
Experience working with data volumes, data residency, Salesforce Version specific challenges
Liasioning with Salesforce Processional Service teams, Architects
Participate Solution, Architecture and Code reviews conducted by Salesforce.
Experience on designing high performance solution & debugging performance bottlenecks
Experience with Salesforce transformation and migration projects

B) Management Skills –
Facilitating strategic, program level conversations with key leader stake holders - Clients, Partners >
Advising the team on key decisions and providing insights from experiences - Leading critical reviewing, updating and approving Salesforce design approaches within the scrum team –
Managing escalations and working closely with key client stakeholders leadership teams to resolve data migration conflicts –
Driving overall data mgmt delivery across work streams - Participating and leading technical discussions during backlog refinement sessions –
Developing complex design solutions with a strong understanding of Salesforce limitations, impact to overall data management and migrations - Reviewing all scrum team code, providing feedback, fixing issues –
Responsible for development and configuration of the Salesforce solution for most complex items - Managing data and design session discussion across scrum team –
Providing Technical insights/feedback into architectural decisions that impact stability of the application-Ability to identify Technical Risks/Issues/Mitigations
