Job Description:
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 4+ years of experience in: Siebel

Good to have - ITIL Process, Salesforce, Oracle, Kafka, Java, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Apache Camel, CRM and Event Management
Roles and responsibility • Is part of on-call rotation
Better hands on experience on Service Now and its process to meet SLA response and restoration.
Monitoring applications
Frequent status update to Supervisor
Co-ordinate with other teams to resolve the issue. Ex: Infrastructure issue
Performs research, analysis and fix issues to meet current and future user requirements.
Meeting the Service levels for resolution of reported application issues.
Answers questions from the business as well as provide adhoc queries when requested
Functions as a technical resource for other team members
Documents and reports the activities to the customer.
Creates, Maintains the Standard Operating procedures
SOP Creation and Retire of all application

Operations and Integration
Time Management
Production Support Experience
Communications (Listening, Persuasiveness, Oral, Written)
At least 2 years full systems life cycle experience including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, requirements specifications, detail design, program specifications, coding and unit/system testing.
