Role : SharePoint test lead (SharePoint On Perm, SharePoint Online, O365)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration : Long Term
Technical/Functional Skills
Minimum:
Expertise in SharePoint On Perm, SharePoint Online, O365 and/or Azure as a platform or solution test lead
Hands on experience using and testing SharePoint Online or SharePoint 20xx, O365 as Record Management platform
Ability to provide test estimations, understand testing scopes, RTM, test planning, test design , test execution , test reporting and test closure
Excellent Hands on knowledge on HP ALM QC test management life cycle.
Through knowledge of entire STLC process including TCOE Defect Life Cycle
Desired:
Familiarity with testing of Advanced SharePoint Online customizations including Branding, Metadata, Navigation, Designer Workflows, Azure AD authentication
Familiarity with testing of 3rd party Record Management Tools e.g. Record Point, AvePoint, Gimmal etc.
Testing of Implementation experience on O365/SharePoint Online cloud business applications with familiarity to CSOM/REST API’s for SharePoint
Experience with testing of deploying in-house created SharePoint apps to SharePoint App Store
Knowledge of relevant automation using PowerShell cmdlets for Azure/SharePoint at least from testing perspective
Nice to have - Microsoft certifications, ISTQB,HP QC Certifications
Proven ability to work in a large, distributed IT organization
Experience working with Business and Technology Stakeholders
Proven quality focus in providing effective testing solutions and approach for customer driven-products, services and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to lead others in a directed effort to complete projects

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical and thought leadership for SharePoint Online Record Management initiative from testing perspective.
Be able to articulate solution options, pros/cons and impact to existing applications within PG&E landscape and formulate/plan entire STLC accordingly
Educate, influence, and persuade executive business leadership and technical leadership in testing solution proposals for the project
Lead full STLC of SharePoint Online Record Management initiative
Provide guidance for TCOE test process for implementation of Record Management for SPO
Partner with business team to develop test strategy and test plan for prototype site design and layout to support Record Management Solution
Go to person for all technical matters related to the project
