6+ years'' experience as a business analyst
Experience on the ServiceNow platform as an administrator AND developer
ServiceNow BA
The basic responsibilities of the role include: analyzing business requirements through workflow analyses, translating business requirements into functional designs, evaluating feasibility with stakeholders, managing the development of the ServiceNow platform, serving as subject matter expert on the SNOW system, and managing the upgrades to the ServiceNow system.
Responsibilities
Creating and analyzing performance metrics for the Service Now application
Translates user requests into technical language that the developer can understand
Acts as liaison between the customer and the technical team
Monitoring and rating the end user experience
Analyzing the data to discover patterns, identify areas of concern, and prioritize action steps to optimize application performance
View forecasts and act on them before any real damage is caused.
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve IT services.
Automate daily activities
Assessing the resource demands of the hardware and software that comprise the platform
Measuring the performance of all software and hardware elements relating to application performance
Required Skills
* 6+ years'' experience as a business analyst
* Experience on the ServiceNow platform as an administrator and developer
* 4 years'' experience in the IT industry
* Customer service experience
* Great communication skills
* The ability to meet clients deadlines
