Experience in WMI, SSH, SNMP
Unix and Windows administration – scripting
Service Now ITOM Portfolio –
Discovery and CMDB experience
Service Mapping (nice to have)
Orchestration
High level understanding of Network requirements
XML, JSON (Comfortable with formats)
Someone who can look at application architectural design document and make sense of it – understand all components of architecture (Web layer, middleware, DB layer, load balancer),Security and SSO
