Location: Washington D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC

Required skills and experience:
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience;
2-3 years of ServiceNow experience;
Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations Vulnerability Response
Experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc;
Experience in the implementation, administration and configuration of ServiceNow in an Enterprise environment;
Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Enterprise (Discovery, Asset Management, Cloud Module, Service Mapping);
Understanding of some of the following ServiceNow technologies Workflows/Flows, Reporting, and Orchestration / MID Server;
Strong initiative & analytical skills;
Strong written & verbal communication skills;
Works well under pressure, can meet tight deadlines, and is committed to excellence in client delivery.

Preferred skills and experience:
2-3 years of proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions using best practices in client environments;
2-3 years Vulnerability Management experience;
One of the following certifications: ITIL, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, GSEC;
Knowledge of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher. Knowledge of other frameworks, such as COBIT, NIST are beneficial.
Ability to develop tool integrations via API scripting.
Ability to travel 50% or more - a plus.
