Job Responsibilities
Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
Facilitate and support the rollout of ServiceNow ITBM
Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
Motivated self-starter who can drive requirements to closure for the tasks assigned independently

Education and Experience
Experience with ServiceNow implementation ITBM
Strong experience with at least 2 full ITBM(PSS - Project Portfolio Suite & Demand) implementations
Experience in requirements gathering ServiceNow modules, including ITBM
Experience with ServiceNow and comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise Product Suite, including ITBM

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
In-depth knowledge and experience administering and developing in ServiceNow – specifically ITBM (PPS - Project Portfolio Suite & Demand Management)
Extensive knowledge of scripting business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, workflow activities, etc.
Ability to travel internationally to London
