Type: 6+ Months Contract

Experience:

Extensive ServiceNow CMBD implementation experience along with, Discovery, Incident/Problem/Change/Release, Knowledge, Service Portal

4 + Years’ of working in Service Now in an Enterprise –Level environment as a ServiceNow Architect

The ideal candidate will be assist from an Advisory and Technical role.

The ideal candidate with have extensive CMBD implementation experience along with, Discovery,
Incident/Problem/Change/Release, Knowledge, Service Portal.

This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Responsibilities:

Extensive experience in implementation and planning of Service Management solutions Ability to diagram the solution, present and demo the solutions is a must

Demonstrates excellent knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems

Ability to assess current state and advise on and execute plan for future state/ next steps

Creates, documents ServiceNow configuration, design, development, and integration Communicates best
practices/frameworks

Develops solutions across the ServiceNow platform to utilize automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow,
focused on leveraging business services with out of the box capabilities

Provide technical coaching and oversight to junior developers

Architects new ways of solving problems using the ServiceNow platform

Reviews and recommends where ServiceNow platform fits into the enterprise architecture roadmap

Strong written and verbal communication skills
