Job Overview:
Krishanh LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to guide and lead the development of ServiceNow solutions for internal and external clients. ServiceNow professional responsibilities include ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations. We are looking for a multi-dimensional ServiceNow Solutions Architect to mentor and lead other ServiceNow professionals. Leverage a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and expertise across the breadth of popular ITSM platforms.
SeviceNow professional will be working with our clients to assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans. This role will also provide expert level support and technical mentoring to developers, assist clients with proof of concept and proof of value activities, and lead briefings to an executive level audience.
This position provides a flexible work environment that supports a remote/work from home, but may require some travel to client sites periodically. ReliaSource will provide a remote technology package to support a remote work environment.
Essential Functions include:
Lead the architecture, development, and configuration of ServiceNow software solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, process leaders, and architects in interpreting requirements and configuring and scripting them into ServiceNow. This will include prototyping solutions in ServiceNow.
Lead the development of new platform implementations and customizations, as needed, based on customer needs
Perform workflow design, configuration, development and data loads for ServiceNow platform, (ServiceNow) applications.
Responsible for designing and configuring workflow, enhancements and integrations with ServiceNow platform applications.
Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, ACLs, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows custom tables, reports, etc.
Lead the collection and implementation of tool requirements and investigate, as necessary, to determine the best solution or configuration options available based on the specific requirement
Drive code quality, perform code reviews, and lead new development efforts
Produce all required deliverables
Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform application
Direct interaction with client executive staff (ACIO, CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO, etc
Develop and mentor junior developers.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
5+ years of Architecting, Developing and Delivering ServiceNow solutions
Required Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
ITIL V3 Foundations Certification required
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist (multiple CIS Certifications desired), and Application Developer.
Strong experience in developing applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, (widget development desired)
Experience integrating using SOAP, REST, JSON
Experience with CSS, Sass, Server Script, HTML, and XML are highly desired
Strong background working with Consulting companies that implement and integrate Enterprise ITSM Software
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
Proven team player and team builder
Must be able to obtain a government clearance

ServiceNow Certified Trainer
Experience implementing ServiceNow Orchestration, Security Operations, Discovery, and Service Mapping Experience highly desired
Experience building ServiceNow solutions in with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc preferred.
