Responsibilities & Duties

Proficient with CMS, Service Portals and prior Service Portals implementation or migration experience.

Participates in design workshops and assists with keeping track of requirements, action items and decisions made.

Expert in ITSM module with thorough knowledge in Shopping carts, Order guides, Order guide templates, Catalog items etc.

Prior custom and scoped application development experience.

ServiceNow integration experience with 3rd party software and application.

Technical skills includes but not limited to AngularJS, JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, SOAPREST, JQuery, XML, HTML and CSS.

Facilitates requirement gathering workshops to further define known requirements as well as identify additional requirements necessary to deliver a satisfactory end-user experience

Ensures all requirements are properly documented

Estimates level of effort for all requirements

Ensures all solution information is properly documented per Best practices

Unit tests and Quality checks all development work before being turned over to the customer



Required Skills and Experience

5 years of experience configuring or developing solutions on the ServiceNow CMS and Service Portal platforms

5 years of experience developing solutions with JavaScript

5 years of experience developing with HTML and CSS

3 years of experience developing AngularJS

1 Years of experience working with other JavaScript libraries such as Node.JS or Typescript

Working knowledge of the ServiceNow Agile Development Application

AgileScrum Software Development Methodology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

EducationCertifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Service Portal

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
