Job Description:
Service Delivery Management (SDM) experience of distributed infrastructure – 4+ years as SDM
Tech prod support knowledge in the past experience – 4+ years
Exposure to Web and Mobile applications would be preferred
Good leadership skills – Candidate has to drive prod support and SRE deliverables with big capacity
ITSM delivery management & Tools experience (ServiceNow, Remedy etc
Service delivery reporting and analytics
Agile development experience would be plus
People management skills
