Overview
St. Jude is hiring a Senior UX Strategist. The Senior UX Strategist is part of the newly created Digital Experience Team at St. Jude. The Senior UX Strategist partners with clients to optimize their web sites and content by helping them define business objectives and goals, which are then combined with best practices for web design and user experience. The position is responsible for user testing, A/B testing, and leads in the development of detailed strategy documentation, including personas, user journeys, competitive analysis, and information architecture. The Senior UX Strategist will also help lead content strategy discussions and have a hands-on role in building and optimizing web pages in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to achieve results through influence and persuasion supported by data and metrics. Recommendations will be communicated with world class researchers, clinicians and physicians in group settings and one-on-one meetings. A customer-focused and collaborative approach, as well as a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date with current UX methods is required.

Minimum Education
Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
Masters degree preferred
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years'' experience developing comprehensive, integrated client strategies.
Experience with all types of digital platforms, including mobile, tablet and responsive web design.
Experience in scientific/healthcare settings and knowledge of science is preferred
