Bachelor''''s degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
Testing experience within Financial/Banking industry (i.e. Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management, Banking, Mortgage, or Finance Risk and Compliance)
7-9 years of experience in testing environment
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry and/or management consulting internship experience
1-3 years as Test Lead
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills
Ability to formalize test results into a document that communicates the findings
Ability to do test resource demand models
Ability to conduct feature, system integration testing and understand SQL, rapidminor (data science), Hadoop, angular web driven and database testing. Co-ordinate with performance, automation and load testing teams for the delivery of testing.
The team is multi-disciplined consisting of Business Analysts, Tech Leads, Product Owner, Data Modelers/Developers, QA and a SCRUM Master. Candidate must possess a thorough understanding of Agile Methodology, web application development source code (i.e. angular), Data science, Hadoop, Sql server.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
Proficiency in SQL and/or Access Database
Proficiency in multiple industry wide defect management tools (JIRA, VersionOne, HP ALM)
Experience working with web applications
Possess a valid US driver''''s license and a valid passport
