Job duties
Key member of the Salesforce practice leadership team who participates in all aspects of the practice activity. These activities include business development, advisory services, implementation delivery, staff development and practice management.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Development
Prepare and present thought leadership material to build brand and to generate demand for services
Provide guidance during proposal development
Participate in presenting solution proposal to clients
Advisory Services
Provide Salesforce solution and technical consulting guidance to clients
Manage client relationships during engagements
Communicate, coordinate and collaborate delivery of services with the Salesforce account team
Implementation Delivery
Define Salesforce solution and technical architectures
Prepare and/or review functional and technical designs
Provide oversite of development activity including design, coding, QA and release reviews
Staff Development
Participate in staff recruiting activity including identifying needs, defining job specifications, screening/interviewing candidates and assessing candidates fit
Mentor technical staff by conducting routine performance reviews and providing career development guidance
Leads technical training activities for staff
Practice Management
Establish methodologies and standards
Direct creation of delivery tools and accelerators
Participation in the ideation and development packaged solutions
Education requirement :Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or any related field.
