Job Description :
Client is looking for someone who is strong in program management with person having acumen of understanding functional and technology aspects.
Able to spot gaps/ problems and be proactive in making changes to close the gaps and streamline processes-Individual needs to be able to take initiative and be very self-sufficient.
Need an experienced PM, who is comfortable interacting with the clients.
Resource would need to also take ownership of the technical details in the project.
Strong Object Oriented Programming skillsConversant with Java / J2EE and Web related Technologies.
Able to lead the team as a PM and as a Tech lead.
Able to Manage projects with top-down oversight from inception to completion.
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
Manage overall program planning along with multiple releases client migration Strategy.
Well versed with handling Financials for Projects.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Coordinate the team throughout all project management phases.
Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively.
