Job Description:
· Expertise in Adobe Analytics and familiarity with at least two other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (like Target & Campaign)
· Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics implementation to guide analysis
· Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
· Must possess strong understanding of key analytics concepts like merchandizing evars, advanced segmentation, data classifications, processing rules etc
· Ability to combine data within Experience Cloud solutions (like Target, Mobile Web Services, Campaign etc)
· Is able to extract & collate data from multiple sources outside Experience Cloud solutions like Data Lake & ERP’s (examples, not limited to) for in-depth analysis
· Produce reports and analysis, specifically to website, mobile Apps & other Online Customer Facing Channels Develop automation and enhancement of Progress Report around campaign results for optimization of media campaigns.
· Must be able to quantify $ impact of a given problem or new feature launch analyzing data across platforms
· Participate in ongoing discussions concerning data collection, tagging, and data analysis.
· Take part in the development and production of dashboards and other automated reporting tools available in Adobe Analytics
· Assist in measuring site usability and effectiveness while turning data into actionable recommendations.
· Monitor website, set-up advanced alerts (dimension based) and measure marketing channels performance, add manage classifications
· Good to have understanding of processing large data sets (100+ GBs) using data extraction capabilities of data feeds + R for processing & mining
