Overview
The Senior Applications Analyst II is responsible for day-to-day coordination and development of assigned administrative and financial information system applications. The Senior Applications Analyst II will lead in the design, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of new and legacy systems. The Senior Applications Analyst II will be responsible for the design, development and management of the educational programs for the user departments. Through ongoing educational and informal relationships, the Senior Applications Analyst II will stay current in administrative and financial practice and will incorporate this knowledge into future system planning and deployment.
Minimum Education

Bachelor''s Degree is required preferrabley in Management Information Systems or Administrative/Financial Specialty is preferred.

Minimum Experience

Seven (7) years’ experience supporting administrative, research administrative, and financial applications is required.
Three (3) years’ experience with the GE Centricity Business application is preferred.
Advanced interpersonal skills (writing and communication) and strong analytical skills to affect changes in fiscal operations, to provide guidance, communicate and interpret complex financial information is required.
Experience with requirements collection and documentation, business rules analysis, modeling processes (use cases, activity diagrams, flow charts, swim-lane process diagrams, etc is required.
Experience with database query tools is required.
Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is preferred.
Experience with an IT Service Management solution such as ServiceNow is preferred.
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Products, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio is strongly preferred.
