Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience in Banking & Financial Services
Experience in Retail Domain
Experience/Familiarity in technology (Java, Oracle)
Scrum Master Certification (CSP, PSM II)
Excellent Communication Skills and Leadership Competencies
Proven experience leading Scrum technical teams with a passion for the developing the talent within the team
Experience in facilitating discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Provide leadership, vision and design direction for the team and experience in leading development teams
Must be willing to work diligently to meet project deadlines
